Price per m² or per set: what to compare
A quotation should state the unit, quantity and billing period. A wall formwork rate per m² cannot be compared directly with a slab set price: equipment and calculation methods differ. Rates and minimum periods are agreed in an individual quotation.
| What you are renting | Details required | What to check in the quote |
|---|---|---|
| Wall and column panels | Plan, wall heights and thicknesses; column cross-sections | Panel area, accessories and rental period |
| Slab formwork | Slab area and thickness, support height and downstand beams | Beams, props, heads, tripods and plywood in the specification |
| Telescopic props | Quantity, working height and specified model | Unit price for the agreed period and accessories |
| VT 20 beams | Lengths and quantities for each item | Pricing by size and rental period |
| Scaffolding | Working area height, length and configuration | Configuration, platforms, accessories and period |
Why the area measurement matters
For slabs, the plan area is usually quoted. For walls, clarify whether you mean one face or both formwork faces. A straight wall 10 m long and 3 m high has 30 m² on one side and 60 m² on both sides, excluding ends and openings. This is a measurement example, not an equipment specification.
What makes up the total cost
- Rental of each item for the agreed period.
- Required clamps, tie rods, nuts, push-pull props and other accessories.
- Logistics and loading, if included in the quotation.
- Extension and return terms, and equipment condition assessment.
Before ordering, confirm payment terms, whether a security deposit is required, and cleaning and repair arrangements on return. These terms are agreed separately; the website does not list one universal rate for every project.
What to send for a quote
Send DWG drawings or a specification, the project city, start date and planned duration. If drawings are not ready, describe the structure, dimensions and quantity. Select equipment or help with selection in the form, then attach drawings to your email or message.
Where to collect equipment
The warehouse is at the Technopark site in Tashkent; the office is at 180 Parkent Street. For Samarkand, Bukhara and other cities, collection and logistics are agreed around your site address and schedule.
